These routes consist of 26,000 employees spread over 600 mail stops, over 430,000 incoming packages delivered, 2,140,000 incoming mails processed, 170,000 customer walkups, 10,000 emailed inquiries, 2,500,000 outgoing metered mail, and 8,000 packages sent out annually. Ensures accurate and timely processing of requests and actions, and professional, prompt, and courteous service to clients. This position is customer-focused driven and provides a metric for handling students’ requests within a 24-hour period.
