This is a great hands-on learning opportunity that will allow you to enhance your skills each and every day. This position is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. CareCore at Willowood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical nurse who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable leading overnight operations while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. Position Summary The Night Shift Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations on their assigned unit during the night shift. This role includes leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on responsibilities, including managing a medication cart.
