SKILLS: • Extensive knowledge of clinic operations. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of staff. • Technically competent with various software programs including but not limited to MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) EXPERIENCE: • Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment • 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • This is a field position and is 100% in clinic, the expectation is that the Center Manager will be in an assigned clinic every day. • Travel between locations is required. • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
