Job Summary and Qualifications The Cardiac Rehabilitation Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care in the outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program to Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation patients in accordance with physician orders and the multi-disciplinary plan of care.
