Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth. Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained. Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families. Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS and ACLS required at hire. Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred. Prior clinical management experience is preferred. BSN is preferred. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population. Qualifications Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). Preferred: BSN degree Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). One (1) year of experience in clinical specialty. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
