Summer Internship - Security

We are seeking a motivated Security Intern to join our Cloud Security team. In this role, you will assist with the configuration and optimization of Wiz dashboards to help monitor, visualize, and report on our cloud security posture across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This position is ideal for students passionate about cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and security analytics. \n Responsibilities: Assist the security engineering team in setting up and customizing Wiz dashboards. Work with team members to prioritize and visualize key cloud security metrics and findings. Help develop customized dashboard views for stakeholders across engineering and compliance. Support onboarding of new cloud assets and accounts into Wiz. Document dashboard configurations, procedures, and best practices for the team. Participate in routine cloud security posture management (CSPM) reviews and reporting. Assist with data analysis and creating periodic reports using Wiz insights. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Interest in cybersecurity and security tooling. Familiarity with dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies. Events Coordinator, Bethesda Maryland

$30 - $38 / hour
The Events Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing on a range of Aledade team events, to include the Aledade All Staff Retreat, other offsite team and customer-facing events, and many events at Aledade’s HQ. The role coordinates across internal stakeholders, external vendors, and competing priorities to ensure Aledade’s events are logistically smooth and memorable. This position is located in our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. Candidates must live in Bethesda, Maryland or its surrounding areas to be considered. \n Primary Duties: Coordinates the planning of various Aledade events throughout the year including many events at Aledade’s HQ in Bethesda, MD, the biannual All Staff Retreat, and other offsite team and customer facing events. Develops and executes against a range of tasks in the project plans and provides updates to the planning team, business units, and stakeholders. Owns a range of logistical duties to ensure events run smoothly, such as setting up registration processes, designing name badges, selecting and ordering swag items, setting up and breaking down pre and post event, coordinating catering, and much more. Advises Aledade team members on standard protocol and recommended action steps when creating events, as needed Additional project-based work as assigned that will allow for exposure to different parts of the company and contribute toward Aledade's mission. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years of direct experience supporting events in a corporate or nonprofit setting. Available to work across various time zones and/or non-traditional working hours on occasion, as needed Based in Bethesda area; able to work in-office full time with rare hybrid weeks Able to travel up to 15% during busy season for corporate events Proficiency in CVENT event management platform, including event registration setup, attendee management, venue sourcing, and post-event reporting and analytics Preferred KSA's: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable tackling challenges with a high level of autonomy Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, prepare financial reports, and manage events budgets A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality Physical Requirements: Must be able to work full time out of Aledade’s downtown Bethesda office, with rare hybrid work weeks. Working closely with program leadership, the intern will contribute to multiple ongoing program initiatives by conducting targeted research and synthesis on topics relevant to physician career pathways and practice sustainability, assisting with development of educational and communication materials for residents and partner practices, and supporting program operations through data tracking and analysis. Practice Transformation Specialist, Maryland

$60,000 - $80,000 / year

Primary Duties: \n Direct Practice Support: Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership. Accountable for implementing and supporting wellness visits, transitions of care, active management and ensuring practices meet goals set forth in mutually developed Practice Transformation Plans. ACO Training & Development: Work to assist in training office staff and physicians & providers (in coordination with Aledade's Value Based Care Curriculum") on processes and technologies. Provide continual assessment of practice’s and staff’s training needs.
