Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure Nurse Practitioner certification in Hospice or Palliative Care within 1 year of starting the position Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum of 5 years OR clinical hospice and palliative care experience. 2 years’ experience in the Nurse Practitioner role preferred.
