This role ensures seamless coverage, continuity of care, and strong clinical management for patients and families during nights, weekends, and on-call hours. About the Role The Afterhours Care Manager RN is responsible for assessing and coordinating patient and family needs during after-hours shifts and maintaining primary clinical oversight for assigned patients.
