Licensure/Certification Certification must be obtained within 2 years of employment from the following: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Medical Technologists (AMT) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through National Healthcareer Association (NHA) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) through American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). CPR required. Experience Medical assistant or physician office experience preferred. Other Qualifications Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Summary Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Nurse Practice Act - in respective working state, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Education Must be a graduate of a School of Nursing. Must complete hospital General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation and PPG office specific orientation as provided and required. Licensure/Certification Must have current state Registered Nurse license. Must have current CPR certification. Experience Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment. Additional experience required depending on area of practice. Summary Responsible for overall management and practice performance of the designated physician office(s). Works with senior leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business. Education Must be a graduate of a professional school of nursing. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent preferred. Licensure/Certification Indiana RN license. ACLS is required to work in the Cardiology Administration Department (cost center 4745). Experience 3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred. Other Qualifications Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
