Certified Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistant- Telemetry

Overview JOB SUMMARY The Certified Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistant functions as an assistant to the Registered Nurse. Under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse, a CNA/ Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing services to ensure the safety, comfort, personal hygiene, and protection of patients. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Satisfactory completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course preferred. Experience: Relevant experience assisting with activities of daily living such as providing basic nursing personal care services such as patient hygiene, grooming while assisting the nursing staff preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage/prioritized/complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. License and Certifications: A current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card is required. Current California CNA certificate preferred. Equipment: None. Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job. Administrative Coordinator (RN)

Overview JOB SUMMARY The role encompasses administrative coverage in the absence of Directors and is accountable for the management of operations and the supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: See License and Certification. Experience: Progressive experience in nursing with a minimum of one year’s experience in a leadership capacity. Supervisory experience in dealing with personnel problems and human relations. A minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting is required Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned. Limited Radiological Technician/ Medical Assistant

Overview JOB SUMMARY A medical assistant functions under the direction, guidance, and supervision of a licensed physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner or RN. A medical assistant assists in coordinating all aspects of the care received in the Urgent Care setting. A limited Radiological Technician performs Radiologic examination on patients of all ages and provides Radiologist with finished exams for interpretation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: See License and Certification Experience: Urgent care experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Vitals, triage categories, medication administration, splinting, competency in lab and radiology orders, knowledge of medication rotation and record keeping. Ability to perform diagnostic radiology exams. License/Certifications: Must hold and maintain (via required continuing education credits) current certifications from the ARRT, CRT for a limited practice technician permit. Current BLS card from American Heart Association (AHA). Equipment: EKG machine, blood pressure machine, otoscope, oxygen tank, stethoscope, nebulizer, glucose meter, thermometer, pulse-oximeter, Omnicell medication dispensing cabinet, computer, copy machine, fax Machine, and scanner. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Practitioner), Critical Care

Overview JOB SUMMARY The Critical Care Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), will provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in an acute care hospital setting. The APP will work in collaboration with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary team to evaluate, manage, and treat patients requiring intensive care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnostic interpretation, performing approved procedures, and providing life-saving interventions as necessary. Must have worked in an acute care environemrnt as an NP or PA for a minimum of one year MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: For Nurse Practitioners (NPs): Current national board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by ANCC or AACN. Minimum of six (6) months of ICU experience within the past two (2) years. Current ACLS certification. Documentation of clinical activity within the past 24 months (e.g., case log or procedural log). Compliance with hospital Medical Staff Bylaws for Allied Health Professionals. For Physician Assistants (PAs): Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with structured clinical experience. Licensed by the Medical Board of California to practice under an approved supervising physician. Certification as a First Assistant in Surgical Services (if applicable). Documentation of clinical activity within the past 24 months (e.g., case log or procedural log). Compliance with hospital Medical Staff Bylaws for Allied Health Professionals. Equipment: Equipment appropriate to specialty area. Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for documentation activities and report generation.
