Nurse/RN/LPN Requirments:

  • Current RN or LPN licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
  • Two years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have the knowledge, the ability, the necessary skill, and judgment to perform all nursing procedures under the direction of a physician as outlined in the scope of practice in the State’s Nurse Practice Act.
  • Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed on the job

Nurse/RN/LPN Work Environment: 

  • Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required
  • Shift times and days vary with client needs.
