This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys mentoring staff, and is committed to delivering excellent care in a fast-paced post-acute and long-term care setting.

Schedule ideally would be Saturday 7a-11p and Sunday 7a-11p, however we are flexible. 


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee nursing staff and daily operations on the weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care.

  • Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nurses and CNAs.

  • Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

  • Respond promptly to resident or family concerns with professionalism and compassion.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or post-acute setting (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

  • A compassionate, resident-first approach to care.
