Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications (oral, injection, self-administered, etc.)

  • Conduct physical and mental health assessments

  • Perform psychiatric screenings and document findings

  • Monitor medication inventory and coordinate refills

  • Communicate with clients and providers regarding medication needs

  • Assist with lab work and phlebotomy

  • Maintain accurate medical and medication records

  • Support infection control and hygiene practices

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning

Required License/Certification

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

  • Active LPN or RN license in Missouri

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings preferred

  • Strong documentation and EHR skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to interpret medical documents and lab results

  • Commitment to confidentiality and compassionate care
