Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 100 bed skilled nursing center located in Wilmington, Delaware. We are seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor, responsible for the supervision of the healthcare staff on the 11-7 shift.

Job Duties:

  • Provides oversight for the provision of care.

  • Serves as a resources to the direct care staff.

  • Coordinates onsite responses to incidents, errors and sentinel events.

  • Provides support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.

  • Provides direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active RN license in the state of DE.

  • Preferably 3 years experience in long term care as a supervisor.

This is a Monday thru Friday position, no weekends.
