Core Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide expert direction, supervision, and mentorship to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Advanced Assessment: Perform comprehensive resident assessments and proactively monitor for subtle changes in condition, reporting findings immediately to the Director of Nursing.
