Nurse Practitioner, NP - Family Medicine
Shift
Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift. No weekends or Holidays!
Experience
Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Family Medicine Required
Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
Education
Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
