Emerson Health is seeking an experienced and driven Endoscopy Nurse Manager to lead a collaborative, high-performing GI team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-respected community hospital known for quality care and strong team culture.

About the Role:

Oversee daily operations of a busy Endoscopy unit performing ~14 cases per day
Lead and support a team of RNs and technicians across all procedural rooms
Ensure safe, efficient workflows for upper/lower GI and advanced procedures
Partner closely with physicians and hospital leadership to drive quality outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance while fostering a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license
Leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or similar)
Background in Endoscopy
Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
Passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence

Ensures implementation. 14. Responsible for yearly written evaluations and for documenting disciplinary concerns for all nursing services personnel. 15. Makes regular rounds to assure optimal quality of care is provided. 16. Responsible for overall coordination of reportable events reports including notification of appropriate State Departments as required. 17. Reports to the Administrator any critical employee relations issues, complaints, or unresolved grievances. 18. Communicates issues regarding resident care to the Medical Director as appropriate. On-call is required . The average amount of on-call is 4-5 shifts per month. Weekday hours will be either 5:30 pm-11 pm or 11pm-6 am and weekend and holidays are 7am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am. You are paid an hourly on-call rate, and if called in, you will be paid time and a half. Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN preferred Previous Endoscopy, ED, Surgical &/or ICU/CCU experience preferred Previous IV insertion experience preferred. Previous experience with Procedural Sedation preferred Certification/License: Current Massachusetts RN Licensure Basic Life Support ( AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA) Pay Range: $36.00 - $79.12 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
