Oversees nursing schedules to assure they meet resident needs and regulatory and budgetary standards Ensures clinical readiness for DPH surveys; participates in the preparation of a Plan of Correction, the initation of staff inservicing, performing audits and the presentation of findings at the QAPI committee meeting.
