Located in Tonganoxie, KS, this full-time, contract opportunity requires a skilled LPN or LVN to provide specialized nursing care in an elementary school setting. The primary responsibility is delivering one-on-one nursing support to a student with a tracheostomy, along with administering multiple tube feedings to several other students throughout the day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a student with a trach.
  • Administer tube feedings to multiple students as needed.
  • Monitor and manage various disabilities with attention to individualized healthcare plans.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school health policies.

Qualifications:

  • Current Kansas LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or LVN license required.
  • Experience working in a public school setting is preferred.
