ExpressCare serves the purpose of providing access to communities, both in person and virtually, while also offering a more predictable day with a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period. The staffing model consists of a single provider and a medical assistant, with a support structure in place across the system. Included in the generous compensation package is the potential for a productivity incentive. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, as well as having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This clinic provides a step-up in mental health services from traditional outpatient via Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) which is the focus of this position.
