Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join the Critical Care team to support the APC program at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill campuses in Seattle, Washington. Position Details: Full-time position (1.0 FTE) 13 shifts per month (156 shifts per year); 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., variable schedule, includes weekends and holidays Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically/acutely ill patients Collaborate closely with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care Perform inpatient procedures consistent with training and scope of practice Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $145,767 and $190,261 per year Compensation may include productivity, quality and service incentives, or extra shift incentives as applicable to the position. The Certified Nurse Midwife in this role will join an established and extraordinarily successful. hospital-based practice serving Portland’s westside. Providence Women’s Clinic Certified Nurse Midwives provide full-scope midwifery including reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals, as well as pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Births are attended at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center which includes a Level III NICU and OB Hospitalist support. Perinatologists, neonatologists, lactation consultants, and social workers further support patients and deliveries.
