*** RATES UP TO $41 PER HOUR PLUS DIFFERENTIALS *** WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FULL TIME LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES FOR THE 11PM-7AM SHIFT! The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatrics and pediatrics populations. We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses for the 11pm-7am shift. At the Phoenix Center we maintain the highest standard of care and service for residents, families, and our valued employees. We are teamwork oriented and offer a professional working environment. Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals, you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for our resident children and adults while assisting them with their daily living Activities. Benefits to working at the Phoenix Center: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K retirement plan Paid time off Differential pay Referral bonus Service awards Transportation service Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse: Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine Must have the ability to adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulation Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse: Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey This position is a Union position.
