You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. Wages: $36.00/hr Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift in skilled care. Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates Care Plan as needed Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol Collects samples such as urine, blood and sputum from residents for testing and performs routine laboratory tests on samples. Assists Residents at meal times and monitors dining room process. Records food and fluid intake and output. Assists in Resident care, including bathing, toileting, and other ADL's. Responds to Resident call bells in a timely manner. Qualifications: PA Practical Nurse (LPN) License required.
