DESCRIPTION Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening in the Ruskin, area for a Nurse in our medical group home. Shifts needed are 7pm-7am Mon, Tues, and Wed with weekly pay. Pay range for Night shift differential $32-$35/hr. There are currently 4 consumers can admit 1 more with home health aide support. Consumer is 4 years old with tracheostomy on a ventilator and feeding tube. Opportunity for additional coverage shifts in June. The schedule rotates from week to week to accomodate every other weekend. Week one only work Thursday night 7pm- 7am. Week 2 work Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat Sun 7pm-7am and back to week 1 next week. Pay period runs from Wed- Tues so will have one check for 36 hrs next check 48 hours weekly pay. NO SLEEPING IS PERMITTED. Currently 4 patient group home with Nurse at all times. The second contract is 5pm-5am Dec 16-Jan 2 days of the week are Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat weekly pay dates . This is 1 medically complex male in the family home with a tracheostomy, ventilator, wound vac and feeding tubes Will train (training rates apply at $25/hr).
