Support clinical excellence and maintain high standards of resident-centered care. Qualifications Active Florida RN or LPN license required (RN preferred). Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing. Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
