Job Posting Summary Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our Pediatric Cath Lab Department at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity. This position requires call rotation on nights and weekends. In this role, you’ll support pediatric cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing the lab, ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with the care team, while continuously monitoring young patients, assisting with sedation and medications, and providing compassionate guidance to families in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. This lab is a combination lab that performs both Interventional and EP studies. ACLS and PALS are required due to the lab being IAC-accredited. As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric Cath Lab, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating with the physician's office, other RNs, laboratory, dietary, x-ray, pharmacy, and other areas of the hospital Assist with cardiac and peripheral invasive procedures. Will be responsible for moderate sedation. Cath Lab RN's may assist with TEEs and cardioversions.
