Description About the Role Shodair Children’s Hospital is seeking a Night Shift Assistant Nurse Manager to support and guide nursing staff in providing safe, trauma-informed, high-quality care. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role serves as a leadership presence on the unit—mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and stepping in to provide direct care when needed. Key Responsibilities Support daily nursing operations, staffing, and unit flow. Provide real-time coaching, mentoring, and clinical supervision to staff. Lead de-escalation efforts and respond to crises. Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met. Assist with onboarding and training new hires.
