Ensure Clinical Excellence — Review documentation, assessments, and initial treatment plans for accuracy and compliance. Support High-Acuity Cases — Offer clinical guidance and escalation support for complex or urgent admissions. Drive Quality & Compliance — Participate in audits, monitor regulatory standards, and champion best practices. Collaborate Across Departments — Work closely with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to optimize throughput and enhance patient experience.
