Your Role as DON:

• Ensure safe, highquality, personcentered care

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff

• Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation

• Maintain accurate resident records and incident reporting

• Develop engaging ADL programs that promote independence

• Communicate with residents, families, and staff with empathy and professionalism

• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Uphold infection control, compliance, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia

• 3–5 years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility

• Longterm care or geriatric experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
