Jefferson Healthcare is looking for an on-call per diem Registered Nurse to be a part of our Home Health & Hospice team that values each other and their patients. This role would be an on-call per diem position to cover patient calls and visits from 11:00 pm - 7:30 pm Sunday through Wednesday.

You will be a part of an interdisciplinary team of RNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers who have a strong set of core values and are dedicated to patient-centered care. Your compassionate and positive personality will make an impact on your patients during your daily one-on-one visits and teachings.

What you'll need:

  • BSN preferred
  • Current Washington State certification in good standing
  • BLS certification required
  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
  • Must stay current in knowledge base, certifications and licenses required and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
