Regional Nursing Supervisor-Primary Care and Complex Care McHenry Full Time Days

**This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week for Primary Care, Pediatrics and Complex Care specialties located at the McHenry clinic and travel is required to Crystal Lake. Schedule is Monday through Friday.**

The Regional Nursing Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Regional Nursing Supervisor works in coordination with the Practice Administrator overseeing the clinical operations of 3 to 4 Ambulatory clinics. This role has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for the supervision of the clinical support staff within sites of responsibility. They will supervise all other ancillary services in the absence of the Practice Administrator and assist in planning and implementation of goals which are congruent with the Regional Medical Group.

The Regional Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of all processes, nursing and physician quality improvement. In addition, the Regional Nursing Supervisor provides direct and indirect patient care in the Physician Group setting when necessary. This role provides leadership that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with the expectation of minimal of supervision.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR certification. 
  • Graduate of an accredited 2 or 3 year registered nursing program.
  • 5 years of nursing experience.

Preferred:

  • Two years of experience in outpatient clinic supervision/management.
  • BSN; BSN within two years of hire.
  • Certifications in Ambulatory Nursing.
