Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

We’re seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in New Florence, MO , supporting our onsite wellness and safety program for a local construction site. This position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling—perfect for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy making a direct impact in the field. About the Role As a PRN RN, you’ll play a key role in promoting health and safety at the job site. Working collaboratively with the lead nurse and site safety team, you’ll provide first aid, health education, and preventive services to help workers stay safe, healthy, and engaged. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys hands-on, relationship-based work—someone who’s comfortable being visible on site, engaging with workers, and providing approachable, trusted care in an outdoor construction environment.
