The Hospice Home Care Nurse reports to the Team Manager. The Resident Assistant will provide support and assistance to our Care Partner's (STNA/CNA) for our Assisted Living residents. The Resident Assistant will aide in providing an engaging therapeutic living environment for those individuals with cognitive impairment. Additionally, the role will be responsible for including, but not limited to: Providing physical support for residents with Activities of daily living (ADLs), showers, baths. Answering resident calls and determining how best to help them. Ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. Measuring and recording food and liquid intake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes to nursing staff.
