Company: Always Compassionate Health Location: Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Long Island, NY Pay: $45 per hour Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, weekday and weekend shifts, and immediate openings for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Provide trach/vent care, G-tube feedings, wound care, and post-operative care as applicable. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow individualized care plans. Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity. Requirements Active NYS RN license and registration. Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience. Current American Heart Association BLS certification. Physical examination and QuantiFERON within the past year. MMR titers within 10 years.
