Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families. Ensure proper charting, medication administration procedures, and compliance. Provide leadership and problem-solving support for any clinical or staffing issues. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident satisfaction across the day shift. Qualifications Current, active Ohio RN license. Nursing degree from an accredited program. Current CPR certification. Minimum one year of RN experience, long-term care preferred. Skills and Qualities Strong communication, delegation, and leadership skills. Sound clinical judgment and attention to detail. Ability to manage priorities and maintain calm under pressure.
