Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a dependable, compassionate OnCall Caregiver to support clients across our Cuyahoga West and Lorain Counties service area. This role is ideal for a flexible caregiver who is comfortable stepping into assignments on short notice, across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends . To recognize your commitment to availability, this position offers guaranteed pay for 30 hours per week even if you are not scheduled or do not work the full 30 hours. What You’ll Do Provide personcentered inhome care including companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Follow individualized care plans and document care provided using agency systems. Communicate promptly with the office regarding shift acceptance, client updates, changes in condition, and schedule status. Maintain professional boundaries, respect client rights and privacy, and uphold agency standards. Drive to client homes throughout the Cleveland West service area; adapt quickly to new home environments and care routines. Respond to oncall needs by accepting and working shortnotice or sameday shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Kendal at Oberlin's Nursing Department is currently seeking dynamic, compassionate Care Partners (STNAs ) for full time, 36 hrs/wk: 7:00am-7:30pm. The Care Partner provides our residents high quality, person-centered care by providing physical and psycho-social support as a member of the interdisciplinary team working closely with residents, families and staff. The Care Partner assists in providing an engaging therapeutic living environment for those individuals with cognitive impairment. Additionally, the role will be responsible for including, but not limited to: Recognizing and respecting residents' abilities and promote their individuality while maintaining the standards of The Kendal Corporation's philosophy of care.
