Implements the hospital policies and practices to achieve the hospital's vision, mission, and values. Job Responsibility Manages daily operations of the anesthesia department. Documents need for changes in staffing/budget and makes recommendations. Responsible for work schedules and assignments, on-call arrangements, and emergency changes in collaboration with anesthesia staff.
