This is an important administrative and clinical-support position responsible for overseeing our daily billing readiness and claims-hold process and making sure issues are identified, assigned, followed up on, and resolved before they impact the billing cycle. About the Role The Billing Readiness Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for identifying issues that could prevent hospice claims from being billed. You will oversee the billing-hold process from identification → assignment → correction → verification → release to Billing .
