Seasonal RN – Logan Health Chester
Full-time | 13-week commitment | Critical Access Hospital

Seasonal Compensation:

  • Full-time work schedule required for at least 13 weeks

  • 15% premium on base pay

  • $1,000 bonus after 30 days

  • $1,000 bonus after 60 days

  • $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment

  • Eligible for 401(k)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Critical care experience in any setting (ED, ICU, etc.)

  • Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience a plus

  • Current Montana or compact RN license

  • ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required at start

  • Independent, flexible nurses who thrive in rural environments

Determines the amount and type of nursing needed by each patient. Refers to Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational therapists, and Medical Social Workers those patients requiring their specialized skills. Supervises and teaches other nursing personnel. Conducts patient care conferences on patients assigned to his/her care.
