Our C.N.A.'s provide ADL care for our residents as well as work hand in hand with their nurses to provide weights, vitals, skin care and change in resident behavior/status information.

Clean and prepare patient areas before and after treatments. Assist nurses with patient intake and rooming. Obtain patient height, weight, and other baseline measurements. Assist with specimen collection when required (depending on facility policy). Stock and maintain infusion supplies and equipment. Help maintain efficient patient flow in the infusion center. Ensure proper disposal of biohazard materials. Transport patients within the facility when needed. Accurately obtain and document vital signs, intake information, and patient observations in the electronic medical record (EMR). Report and record any patient concerns or symptoms observed during visits. Follow all HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 1 month of hire. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work with patients receiving IV therapies and long-duration treatments.
