We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality, hands-on care to our residents. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. New CNA’s and temp NA’s are welcome . Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Morning and overnight shifts available. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort Assist with feeding and monitor dietary intake as needed Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner Compensation: Hourly compensation starting at $19.50 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills Flexible scheduling shift differentials available Sign-on bonus up to $1500 Transportation assistance available Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) package Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach About Us: Hunterdon Care Center is a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in New Jersey.
