What You’ll Do (Day Shift Care, typically 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) : Provide hands-on care including bathing, toileting, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Assist clients with morning routines and daily activities Provide companionship and meaningful one-on-one support Assist with mobility, safety monitoring, and errands as needed Follow individualized care plans and document care updates Promote safety, comfort, and independence at home What We’re Looking For: Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of Georgia 1+ year of experience caring for seniors or homebound individuals (preferred) Availability to work day shifts (weekday availability strongly preferred) Comfort providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test Why Join HomeWell? We are seeking a compassionate and certified caregiver to provide personalized care for a mid-age patient. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the patient through support with daily living activities, companionship, and assistance with healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist the patient with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and engage the patient in social and recreational activities. Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the patient’s needs and progress. Document care provided and any changes in the patient’s condition. Qualifications: Current certification as a CNA, CHHA, PCA. Previous experience in caregiving, especially with young adults or individuals with specific health needs, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
