Our caregivers work independently in clients’ homes, but they are fully supported by an engaged office team that values communication, reliability, and the important work being done in the field.

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older

  • Passion for helping seniors and adults with disabilities

  • Reliable transportation

  • Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills

  • Ability to assist with transfers and mobility

  • Experience with memory care or cognitive impairments

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor client health and document changes

  • Assist with mobility and physical activities

  • Administer medications as directed

  • Engage clients with memory care activities and routines

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment

  • Work closely with healthcare teams to implement care plans

  • Provide specialized care for hospice and group home settings


Compensation for this position is thoughtfully determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and schedule availability.

The anticipated pay range for this role is $18–$21 per hour, with final compensation determined at the time of offer.

Patient Services Representative, Rheumatology, Full-Time, Days

In this role, the Patient Services Representative schedules medical procedures and services, creates reservations, performs preadmission, registration, discharge and transfer processes. The University of Illinois Hospital & Clinics seeks to fill (2) two vacancies within the Storekeeper I classification. The position will support the Medical Center by working under the Storekeeper II and Supply Distribution Manager's indirect supervision to receive, record, maintain, and issue supplies, linen, and equipment items in the Distribution Services Storeroom. This position's available shift is Monday- Friday, 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. Duties & Responsibilities: Receive, store, issue, load, and unload equipment, and supply items when required. Check incoming orders against items listed on requisitions, invoices, or other forms. Enter receiving information into Pathways Materials Management (PMM) system prior to distribution. Utilize PMM system to obtain supply inquire, unit of measure, and pricing information. Issue requisitioned supply items by checking requested items against levels on hand. Refer situations that involve deviations from established procedures to the Storekeeper II. Replenish supply cabinets/par level carts and linen daily for patient care areas. In a location and position convenient for removal, store supplies in bins, on pallets, or shelves. Cycle count items, as assigned. Rotate specified stock according to receipt date. Check supplies for expiration and/or damage. When required, label supply items with identifying codes, etc. Keep records of issuance of supply items. Order supplies to maintain inventory par levels using PMM replenishment requisition. Demonstrate resourcefulness in applying established methods to handle supply items. Assist in interfacing PAREX and PMM. Perform Distribution Services related duties and responsibilities, ensuring the section meets it's 24 hours, seven days a week responsibility to the Medical Center.
