Acts Home Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Home services experience is preferred
  • Current or eligible for certification in CPR
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • If transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license

Pay Range

$24.38 - $35.79 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
