Position Overview

The Full-Time Dedicated Caregiver role is designed for caregivers seeking consistent hours, benefits, and a stable case structure. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and strong communication. Our clients depend on continuity of care, and this role is essential to maintaining their safety, independence, and quality of life.

Hours & Scheduling Expectations

• Commitment to 30–40 verified hours per week
• Full-time status is dependent on maintaining required weekly hours
• Failure to maintain full-time hours may result in:

  • Change to PRN status

  • Reduction to base hourly rate

  • Loss of benefits

Compensation & Perks

• $17.00 per hour
• Weekly pay options with PayActiv access
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid travel time when scheduled drive time between patients is less than 59 minutes (per system-calculated drive time)

Travel & Case Requirements

• Willingness to drive up to 25 miles one way between patients
• Must accept assigned cases
• Any scheduling or household restrictions must be disclosed at time of hire
• Must be open to:

  • Pets in the home

  • Smoking environments

  • Varied care levels based on training and clinical approval

Attendance, Communication & Reliability

Reliable attendance is a condition of employment for this role.

• Assigned visits must be accepted
• Any visit changes must be communicated with the office
• If a patient is not home, cancels, or refuses care:

  • You must call the office before leaving the home
    • No call / no show is not permitted and will result in immediate change to PRN status
    • Call-outs should be limited to emergencies or illness and communicated as early as possible
    • Repeated unexcused absences may result in termination

Job Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification (assistance available if needed)
• TB test within the past 12 months (assistance available)
