Job Summary

Always Best Care Boerne is hiring Skilled Caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care to seniors in Kerrville and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities.

Caregivers help clients with personal care, daily activities, mobility, meals, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing
Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and social support
Provide medication reminders
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Document completed care using our mobile app
Follow the client's care plan and company policies
Perform other related caregiving duties as assigned

Requirements

1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
Smartphone required for documentation and time tracking
Authorized to work in the United States
Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
Three professional references required
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with seniors
Willing to complete paid training and orientation
