Southern Arizona Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care services offers companionship for seniors who wish to remain active and independent from the comfort of home. We’re looking to add to our team of personal caregivers and are searching for mature and compassionate individuals to assist seniors in the community in the role of a CNA.   This role is for in home care personal care services in Sierra Vista and surrounding areas.  

Our team believes that seniors can help each other age with dignity, grace, and respect. One of the most important aspects of our services is providing companionship and Assistance with Daily living tasks in the receivers home.

Position Overview:  Immediate opening for Male and Female candidates.  This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, compassionate personal care assistance

  • Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:

    • Bathing and personal hygiene

    • Dressing and grooming

    • Safe transfers and mobility assistance

    • Toileting assistance

    • Meal preparation and feeding assistance

  • Monitor and record vital signs

  • Observe and report changes in client condition

  • Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility programs

  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

  • Collaborate with care team members and family caregivers

  • Follow all care plans and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification

  • CPR certification (American Heart Association)

  • Completion of an accredited CNA program

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Clean background check and drug screen

  • Strong communication skills

  • Physical ability to assist with client transfers and positioning
