Plaza Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing medical procedures. You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures
Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations
Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the State of New Jersey
Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing
