Responsibilities: • Direct Patient Care: Provide routine and emergency nursing care to patients, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration, under the supervision of a registered nurse. • Assessment and Observation: Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or charge nurse. • Medication Administration: Administer medications as ordered by the physician, including injections, IV medications, and oral medications. • Documentation: Accurately document patient care, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures. • Communication: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure effective patient care and communication. Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) – Full-Time (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a full-time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who thrives in a quieter overnight environment while maintaining high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night.
