Plaza Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our residents by implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing medical procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
  • Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in the State of New Jersey
  • Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing
